This Agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Coincharge Affiliate Program. In this Agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to the operator of a website who refers visitors to Coincharge’s website.
We may change the terms in this Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion. These changes may include, but are not limited to, changes to the scope of referral fees available, fee schedules, payment procedures, and affiliate program rules. If any of the changes are unacceptable to you, your only option is to terminate this Agreement. If you CONTINUE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, this will be considered as your acceptance of the changes.
To enroll in the Affiliate Partner Program, you must submit an Affiliate Partner Application and it must be approved. Applications can be accepted automatically. The affiliate (applicant) will be notified of an approval status as soon as possible after the information has been verified.
Once you are an approved member of the Coincharge affiliate program, you will receive a special URL that is unique to you and you alone, allowing you to get paid for affiliate referrals.
Affiliates receive 10% of sales as commission from orders placed through properly coded affiliate links (unless otherwise specified for a particular product). Commissions are subject to change at the discretion of the product issuer. Coincharge’s commissions may increase during temporary special promotions, but return to the regular 10% commission rate afterwards.
In order for a sale to generate a commission to an affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product ordered through the secure ordering system. Word of mouth does not lead to the generation of an affiliate commission. Commissions are paid only on sales made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured affiliate links. Correctly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.
Affiliate commissions are paid exclusively in Bitcoin. You have entered a payout email address during registration. Affiliate payouts are made via this payout email address.
You will receive a notification when the affiliate commission is ready for collection. You specify the Bitcoin address to which the affiliate commission should be paid when collecting the affiliate commission.
If the payout email address changes, it is the affiliate’s responsibility to notify the affiliate program to ensure correct commission payments. The payout email address can be updated in your affiliate area. We do not resend payments that were returned due to incorrect payout email addresses.
Payouts are sent at the beginning of each month, only if the affiliate has requested a payout through the affiliate dashboard. 50 EUR is the minimum amount affiliates must have accumulated to receive a payout. This limit may be increased or decreased in the future.
In order to complete a payout and create the credit note, it is necessary to fill in the billing data via the affiliate dashboard (“Settings” tab). Otherwise, your earnings cannot be paid out.

Coincharge is solely responsible for processing any order placed by a customer through an affiliate link. Affiliates are not authorized to collect payments or sell Coincharge products from other websites as “resellers” and no “resell rights” are granted in any way.
Coincharge is also solely responsible for all customer service requests. All Affiliates understand and acknowledge that no physical products will be shipped.
Customers who purchase products and services through the Coincharge affiliate program are considered Coincharge customers. Accordingly, all rules, policies and operating procedures pertaining to customer orders and service also apply to these customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. Prices and availability of our products and services may change from time to time. Coincharge policies always determine the price that the customer pays.
When applying as an affiliate, it is necessary to specify on which websites and in which way the products and services of Coincharge are to be advertised.
Coincharge only accepts websites that are related to Bitcoin and Lightning and provide qualified information about Bitcoin and Lightning.
Coincharge reserves the right to exclude websites from participating in the Coincharge Affiliate Program based on their content.
Sites that do not qualify for the affiliate program include sites that:
– have no substantive reference to Bitcoin and Lightning
– Propagate sexually explicit materials
– Propagate violence
– Promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age
– encourage illegal activities
– List coupon codes or discounts that are NOT officially provided to them by Coincharge.
– Infringe or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right of Coincharge or any other party.
The following are permitted uses of the Coincharge brand and marketing resources
– Affiliates are allowed to use the graphic banners and design resources located at https://coincharge.io/en/affiliate-program/. If a certain size of the banner ad is not available, the affiliate can contact the affiliate program manager at affiliate@coincharge.io and have a new banner graphic added to the available resources.
The following cases are prohibited and are grounds for immediate termination of the Partner Account.
– Affiliates may not use the Coincharge logo, logo marks, or other Coincharge website/branding images in a header graphic or in any way to indicate that they are officially affiliated or partnered with Coincharge.
– Affiliates may NOT use the term “Coincharge” in ANY variation in their website URL, e.g. (Coincharge.net, Coinchargecouponcodes.com, Coincharge.plugins.com, etc.).
– Affiliates MAY NOT promote any vouchers that have not been personally provided to them by Coincharge. Do you want to promote a coupon? Contact us and we can work with you. You may NOT promote coupon codes you found elsewhere online. If you do so, it may result in termination of your affiliate account and withholding of affiliate payments as you are in violation of our affiliate agreement.
– Affiliates MAY NOT host or promote “coupon stacking” sites where customers can combine coupons to receive additional discounts.
Coincharge strictly prohibits affiliates from using spam emails and other forms of internet abuse (including spamming on forums, blogs, Twitter, Facebook and other social media) to generate sales. Any violation of this rule will result in termination of the account.
The term of this Agreement shall commence upon acceptance by you and shall terminate when terminated by either party. Both Coincharge and the Partner Company may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, all licenses granted hereunder shall immediately terminate and you shall immediately cease use of the Affiliate’s website, all links to the Coincharge websites, and all Coincharge trademarks and logos, other Coincharge trademarks, and all other materials provided in connection with this Program and remove them from the Affiliate’s website.
Coincharge shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, expenses or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In addition, our total liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the Affiliate pursuant to this Agreement.
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or an affiliate’s potential to earn income through the Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of the Sites or the Affiliate Links will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Coincharge will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
Our failure to enforce strict performance by you of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce that provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court to be unenforceable, it shall be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By signing up to the Coincharge Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all of its terms. You have independently evaluated this Program and are not relying on any representations, warranties or statements other than those set forth in this Agreement.
